WHAT WE DO

Pilates is a whole body movement system, addressing stability, strength and flexibility, refining posture and assisting injury recovery. Pilates is for anyone who wants to move with grace and confidence and sustain long-term fitness. Our approach is holistic and our team of experienced instructors teach enjoyable and effective exercise to those wanting to improve their physical health and well-being. Each class is highly supervised and tailored towards the individual needs of the client. We work as a team to support each client and to ensure their continual progress and development. The Pilates Studio is owned by Ali Townsend who with 20 years pilates experience and a lifetime of dance, passionately leads her team of highly skilled instructors, each bringing their own wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio. ‘Pilates is not just a series of exercises but a way of life’
